Patient Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

Two (2) full business days’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment in order to avoid a fee of up to $250. (e.g. Thursday 10am for a Monday 10am appointment).  Visits can require up to two hours or more including arrival, check-in, visit, and checkout. Please plan accordingly.

We have special scheduling for patients who have difficulty scheduling in advance.  Please notify the staff prior to making an appointment if you have concerns about possibly needing to cancel with short notice.
