Yoga

Yoga is a 5000 year old method that can optimize the functions of mind, body and spirit. Dr. Cheikin has been studying and practicing yoga for over 40 years and has been teaching for over 20 years.

Our classes are offered more for education, as a “lab” where you can learn about how your body works. They are offered at the “gentle beginner” level, while advanced students are assisted in doing more. During the class there are discussions of holistic topics related to yoga.

Cancellations: Classes that are cancelled will be announced at least 2 hours before the class begins on this page.
