Cardio-myopathy is damage to the heart muscle, usually as a whole. It can be caused by chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and “aging”, or acutely by viruses such as COVID or toxins including the COVID vaccine. “Congestive Heart Failure” is a form of chronic cardiomyopathy where the heart cannot pump blood sufficiently to meet demand.

Cardiomyopathy usually manifests as shortness of breath with exertional activities such as walking briskly, climbing stairs, or doing work. Chronically it can cause swelling in the legs, fatigue, and other symptoms of insufficient oxygen being delivered to the cells.

The heart muscle, like any muscle, is highly metabolic, meaning that there are intense chemical processes needed to generate the power to push blood throughout the body. Good chemicals like nutrients, and bad chemicals like toxins, can affect all muscle acutely and chronically.
