Skin Spray
This skin spray is formulated to help fight skin infections and promote skin healing.
The pH is slightly acidic which matches the normal pH of the skin. Most soaps/shampoos are alkaline while conditioners are slightly acidic to restore the scalp and skin to it’s natural pH of about 6.5. The oily components do not affect the pH.
The skin spray began with a mouthwash I developed to manage the unstable situation in my own mouth that began with removing some mercury. The mouthwash contains naturally occurring substances proven to help with infections (virus, yeast, bacteria, other), pain, inflammation, and healing. It has helped numerous patients suffering from sensitive teeth and gums, old root canals and things left in the mouth that cause chronic low-level inflammation and infection.
Some patients discovered that the mouthwash helped with rashes and itchy areas that did not respond to conventional remedies including anti-microbials, steroids, and other natural remedies such as coconut oil and aloe vera gel. This formula has been modified to provide skin-specific ingredients that can also penetrate into the lower layers of the skin and hair follicles.

Skin Spray Instructions
- Because of the power of several of the ingredients such as the essential oils and dmso, avoid getting spray on plastics and materials that might touch your skin, such as jewelry, eyeglasses, etc.
- Pick a small test area of your skin. Spray a few times and rub in.
- If tolerated (no rash or other issue), use twice a day
- Give it at least 1-2 weeks to conclude whether its helping. Most chronic skin and nail infections take months to clear.
- Can dilute if needed.
- Can add some H2O2 (a few drops of 3%). Some oxygen is released. Leave tope open a bit if the bottle expands.
- Separation means less chemicals! Shake well before use. Real essential oils may affect plastics, eyeglasses, skin and other surfaces — test on small area before using. Best to use within 60 days of manufacture.
- Can be further enhanced under practitioner supervision with other agents.
Brushing with Baking Soda
I started using this technique to contain the unstable situation in my own mouth several years ago. The more you learn about the benefits of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), the more you will be impressed. Marc Sircus has made

and written an excellent book just about the benefits of bicarbonate.Sodium bicarbonate is an alkaline substance that counteracts the acids made by bacteria in the mouth. Many of us run “acidic” which can be measured by testing the urine and saliva, especially first thing in the morning, with inexpensive test strips
It is best used in conjunction with the mouthwash, oil pulling, and tongue scraping. Since the upper teeth often enter the maxillary sinuses, using a sniffer can be an essential part of healing the skull.
Brushing with Baking Soda Instructions
- Buy a one-pound cardboard box of bicarb. Some have additives and anti-caking agents. Less additives is better.
- Tear off or open the top and keep it by your sink.
- It can use used in addition to toothpaste or as a replacement.
- Wet your clean toothbrush and simply stick it in the box to collect some baking soda on the toothbrush.
- Brush as you normally would, including the gumline when bacteria make acid that weaken our teeth.
- You can dip your toothbrush as many times as needed to brush all four quadrants of your mouth.
- While you should rinse away any residual baking soda with water, you can leave a little in your mouth at bedtime to keep your mouth alkaline for a while.
- You can also swallow a tiny amount if your urine pH strips show that you are frequently acidic.
Tongue Scraping
Tongue scraping is ancient ayurvedic (Indian) hygenic technique that removes debris from the deep crevices between the taste buds of the tongue. While many of us brush our tongues, using a metal or wood tongue scraper removes far more debris. Quality stainless steel tongue scrapers are less than $5.
Even if your tongue looks perfectly pink and without a coating, tongue scraping will bring out all sorts of stuff. While the debris is usually white, it can also be pinkish, yellowish, and be thin or thick. I’ve looked at some of the debris under the microscope, and while not seeing any obvious microbes, there are lots of unidentified things in it. At the least, plaque-causing bacteria lives in the tongue.
It is best used in conjunction with the mouthwash, oil pulling, and brushing with baking soda. Since the upper teeth often enter the maxillary sinuses, using a sniffer can be an essential part of healing the skull.
Tongue Scraping Instructions
- If you don’t yet have a tongue scraper, you can use any non-sharp edge such as a butter knife.
- Start at the back of the tongue, and with firm pressure scrape the tongue moving forward.
- You can do this several times, going further back, and also getting both sides of the tongue.
- This can be done before or after brushing (a research project?), once a day or more.
- Be sure to clean off the scraper with water (or mouthwash) before the debris dries.
Oil Pull and Enhanced Oil Pull (EOP)
IMPORTANT NOTICE
This information is for educational purposes only, to facilitate quality conversations between patients and their personal physician(s). Several essential considerations are required to safely administer any protocol for an individual. This information is NOT intended to diagnose, treat or encourage self-treatment of any medical condition.
I developed this Enhanced Oil Pull (EOP) to contain the unstable conditions in my own mouth. Oil pulling is an ancient ayurvedic (Indian) technique. What is actually “pulls” is not clear, but there are many fat-based substances in the mouth that are potentially inflammatory.
While the internet often suggests using coconut oil, the traditional oil is sesame. For me, the coconut oil did not help but the sesame oil did almost immediately. Sesame oil is used in conventional medicine due to its ability to contain oily substances such as progesterone. The enhanced oil pull formula has additional ingredients for improved anti-microbial and healing benefits. It is possible that olive oil will work better for some situations, and can be tried with or without the sesame oils.
It is best used in conjunction with the mouthwash, tongue scraping and brushing with baking soda. Since the upper teeth often enter the maxillary sinuses, using a sniffer can be an essential part of healing the skull.
Directions for Oil Pulling (with raw organic sesame oil)
4 oz bottle has 12 doses = 3x/wk x 4 wks.
- Pour 2 tsp of Enhanced Oil into cup.
- Swish for 20 minutes total to allow “contact” with circulation.
First 10-15 minutes, swish through teeth, etc
Last 5-10 minutes, chew a bit to move teeth/ligaments - Can be done in shower but do NOT spit down drain.
- Discard in trash or baggie, NOT sink or toilet.
- Start at three times/week, can increase to daily or twice a day if needed.
