Three (3) full business days’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment in order to avoid a fee of up to $250. (e.g. Wednesday 10am for a Monday 10am appointment).  The doctor and staff have reserved over an hour of time for you. Because of the complexity of modern life, filling or moving appointments on short notice is usually not possible. Visits can require up to two hours or more including arrival, check-in, visit, and checkout, and special instructions. Please plan accordingly.

We have special scheduling for patients who have difficulty scheduling in advance.  Please notify the staff prior to making an appointment if you have concerns about possibly needing to cancel with short notice.
