T4 Free High
T4 usually is high if one is prescribed too much T4, (Synthroid, Tirosint, levothyroxine). In Graves disease, there is usually too much T4. High T4 can also occur if the conversion to T3 is blocked. T4 is best interpreted after looking at RT3 and T3.
