Adenosine

Adenosine is the basis of ATP, Adenosine TriPhosphate, the major energy resource of every cell. Glucose and oxygen are “burned” in the mitochondria to make ATP which then fuels the various cellular processes.
Adenosine is involved with immunity and inflammation. It also helps with heart and hair. More to follow, but here are references to start
