Blue light from all screens and many LED bulbs is harmful with continued exposure. It blocks melatonin production and harms the retina. All new screens come with blue light filters in their settings, sometimes with obscure names such as “Eye Strain Reliever”. They should be set to turn on for at least a few hours before bedtime.  You can also use the same yellow eyeglasses that also help with driving at night.
